There's a game called "Sansara Naga" (the second game to be exact) and there's a part where your character acquires a diving suit. Choosing the female character in your game gets you something about as revealing as this...give or take some liberties with the design.

Flash forward to when Toradora got an anime adaptation and I couldn't help but notice Taiga's "dango" hairstyle for the swimming episodes mirrors the female protagonist of that game, thus this amalgamation was contracted. I regret nothing.

The background was slapped on last minute and I struggled with the shading because I'm a dumbass that doesn't bother to keep track of my palette. So if you notice any differences on the skin, you know why. Still might have to do some edits later for any stray pixels and bad smudges I overlooked in my sleep deprived state, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it I suppose.
